The airway assembly consists of a corrugated hose and shoulder Rear Exhaust Valve (RE Valve), and BX Inflator (Over Pressurization Valves aka Rear Dump Valves (OPV 111-8000P) are sold separately. These components are sized to match the BCD :

X-Small to Small 16 inch
Medium to Large 19 Inch (standard)
X-Large to XX-Large 23 inch

Please Note: 1. There is a different thread pattern on the RE Valve to bladder connection point based on your BCD's age pre or post 2014 models. Please confirm your RE Valve thread pattern before ordering.

2. Gasket 111-9370 is not included with this assembly and may be ordered separately if needed


3. The Inflator Low Pressure Supply Hose is not included but may be purchased separately.
