This course provides experienced EEO Counselors and EEO Investigators with EEO law updates, innovative alternative dispute resolution techniques, questioning techniques, significant case studies, and enhanced writing skills. Participants will discover how recent O.F.O. decisions will impact the EEO process and case law. This course meets the annual EEOC 8-hour training requirement. Participants will receive a comprehensive workbook and certificate.

•EEOC notable cases/case law updates
•National origin-based claims
•Promotion-based claims
•Dealing with a reluctant or hostile witness
•Fragmentation: Evidence versus claim
•Interviewing questions: Getting to the facts
Duration
(4)2-hour Sessions (Tuesday-Friday) 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. E.S.T. each day
Participants must be able to attend all sessions of instruction to receive a certificate.
Prerequisite:
Experienced EEO Counselors or EEO Professionals
Standard Rates: $415.00 per participant
(Certificates provided after successful completion of all sessions)
