This is a one day course.
After you register with and pay $300.00 to Save-A-LifeCPR for the instructor skills portion of the course, You will be sent an internet link (short cut) that takes you to the online portion of course at the American Red Cross website.

INSTRUCTOR CANDIDATES

MUST COMPLETE THE INSTRUCTOR COURSE ONLINE SESSION BEFORE ATTENDING THE IN-PERSON SESSION WITH THE INSTRUCTOR TRAINER. If this is not done before the start of the first class the student will not be able to attend the class. Please expect to receive additional information relative to the pre-class work via email. The pre-class work will take about 2 hours to complete.

Pre-requisite: All instructor candidates must possess a current, unexpired CPR or CPR/First Aid card issued by the American Red Cross, American Heart Assn. ASHI, Medic First Aid. Please show your basic level card to your instructor trainer at the first-class meeting.

After registration, you will receive an email from SAVE-A-LIFE..... IT IS IMPORTANT that you review and follow the directions in the email. This is a blended learning course consisting of online content, a pre-course skill session and classroom segments. Online material must be completed prior to attending the classroom activities. The precourse work must be complete before the first day of the class, if its not done you will not be able to attend the class.

All classes require payment in full to reserve your spot. Refunds will be granted to those who cancel 4 day or more prior to class with a $20.00 cancel fee, you may transfer to another class for no charge when available. If you request a transfer 3 business days or less prior to class, you will be charged $50.00 to transfer to another class. If you request a refund a $75.00 cancel fee will be charged. Red Cross does not refund payments for the online part.
