John Cattie is a Founding Partner at Cattie and Gonzalez, PLLC, where he focuses on Medicare Set-asides and Medicare conditional payments. He has reviewed or overseen over 12,000 cases for Medicare Set-aside purposes, saving clients over $30 million in MSA exposure. Mr. Cattie has been cited in federal and state court opinions. He is a nationally recognized expert on minimizing clients' future medical exposure under the MSP Act. Mr. Cattie previously served as an MSA subject matter expert at the Garreston Resolution Group. He has been invited to share his expertise to over 250 conferences and seminars.

Christine Hummel is the President of Hummel Consultation Services, where she focuses her practice in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act. An active attorney with over two decades of experience, Ms. Hummel is a highly sought-after expert, consultant, expert and author on Medicare compliance. She has lectured across the country to judicial and legal groups on the Medicare Secondary Payer Act, Medicare Set-asides third-party liability claims, and Medicare's interest. Ms. Hummel has significant experience working with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in regarding applicability of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to liability settlements.

Jason Lazarus is a founding Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Settlement Services, which offers healthcare lien resolution, Medicare Secondary Payer compliance services, pooled trust services, settlement asset management services and structured settlements. He is also the managing partner and founder of the Special Needs Law Firm, which provides legal services related to public benefit preservation, liens and Medicare Secondary Payer compliance. Prior to joining the Synergy team, Mr. Lazarus was the President of a National Settlement Planning firm and spent ten years assisting injury victims as a settlement planner. Mr. Lazarus also practiced as a Medical Malpractice and Workers' Compensation attorney. Mr. Lazarus has been published widely and presented on the topic of settlement planning and Workers’ Compensation. Mr. Lazarus is a Medicare Set Aside Consultant certified by the International Commission on Health Care Certification. He also earned his certification and the designation of Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) from the University of Notre Dame in conjunction with the National Structured Settlement Trade Association.
