Joseph Vozza is a leading courtroom attorney with a reputation for achieving large verdicts in the face of adversity. For example, in his first jury trial, the defense offered a nominal settlement. Mr. Vozza’s skillful advocacy led the jury to award his client nearly 100 times that amount after trial. Mr. Vozza has successfully counseled seriously injured individuals to receive just compensation for their injuries, including accident claims related to automobile, construction site, motorcycle, trip and fall, defective products and machinery. Over the years, Mr. Vozza has added to his courtroom verdicts by effectively enforcing judgments against difficult to locate debtors and collecting on seemingly hidden treasures of assets.

Jorge M. Abril has practiced law for over 22 years, with a focus on representing businesses throughout the United States and abroad. Mr. Abril concentrates on consumer and commercial collections and related litigation, including post judgment remedies, proceedings supplementary, fraudulent conveyances and shareholder liability. In addition, he maintains an active practice in the area of healthcare collections and healthcare reimbursement, representing hospitals, physicians and ancillary providers in managed care litigation under the Florida HMO Act and Federal Court litigation arising from disputes under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Mr. Abril possesses over 30 years experience in the debt collection industry and is a frequent lecturer in issues including the FDCPA, the FCRA, HIPAA, TILA, the Florida Hospital Lien Ordinances, and numerous other credit, collection, consumer privacy and healthcare related matters.

Jay Adkisson is best known for his contributions to the legal industry as a highly sought-after commentator, author, and speaker. He practices primarily in the area of creditor-debtor litigation, wealth preservation, and captive insurance companies and alternative risk transfer. He is also a contributor to Forbes magazine. Mr. Adkisson is a founding partner of Riser Adkisson LLP, where he provides business and tax counseling, in addition to pursuing litigation matters related to creditor-debtor law and judgment collections. Mr. Adkisson has been involved in several high-profile commercial cases that had significant international collection aspects. He has been invited to lecture on defeating asset protection plans to collection agents of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, attorneys of the U.S. Department of Justice, and other professional groups. One of the largest trade groups of judgment professionals selected Mr. Adkisson as an honorary member because of his extensive expertise in the field.
