Biography of Seminar Faculty:

1. Ann Chandler is a Partner at Weiss Berzowski Brady, where she primarily practices real estate law, including the representation of shopping center, office park and residential developers in the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of real property. She also practices business law. Ms. Chandler has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law, where she taught Real Estate Transactions. She is a sought-after lecturer on commercial leasing & real estate financing.

2. Howard Beck is a shareholder with Beck, Payne, Frank & Piper, P.C., where he focuses on commercial real estate, homeowner associations and civil and commercial litigation. In addition to providing general representation to a number of homeowner associations, he has been asked to act as an expert witness for complex homeowner association litigation matters. Mr. Beck is a highly sought-after author and lecturer on homeowner associations and common interest communities.

3. Wiley Boston is a Partner at Holland & Knight, where he practices in the area of commercial real estate law, with particular emphasis on leasing of industrial, office and retail properties, representation of developers of commercial projects, and real estate finance. Mr. Boston's broad experience includes hundreds of major industrial leasing transactions in multiple states, acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of retail projects, and acquisition, financing, and sale of office and industrial properties, residential subdivisions, and apartment complexes. Mr. Boston is Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated. He is a widely sought-after speaker on commercial leases and real estate transactions.
