Russell Garrett is a shareholder with Jordan Ramis PC. His practice focuses on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, commercial and bankruptcy litigation, and real estate matters. Mr. Garrett regularly represents creditors and bankruptcy trustees, and also serves as a Chapter 7 panel trustee for the Western District of Washington. Mr. Garrett has authored many articles relating to creditor issues. He is a member of the executive committee for the Washington Bar Debtor-Creditor Section, and serves as a delegate to the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates. Additionally, he serves as the lawyer representative to the 9th Circuit and as a trustee for the Federal Bar Association in the Western District of Washington.

Alex H.S. Thomason is a national authority on locating and collecting assets. He is a Principal Partner at Thomason Law & Justice, PS, where his practice focuses on commercial litigation and creditor rights in matters involving alter ego/veil piercing, corporate officer disregard, fraudulent conveyances and Article 9 of the UCC. His practice encompasses pre and post-judgment creditor remedies (injunctions, attachments, garnishments) in the commercial, real property, and construction contexts. Mr. Thomason’s reputation and trial successes have earned him numerous appointments as Special Counsel to a United States Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee where he pursues personal liability against corporate wrongdoers under Sections 523 and 727 of the Bankruptcy Code. Repeatedly listed in Super Lawyers® Magazine and an AVVO-rated "Superb" lawyer, Mr. Thomason lectures nationally to lawyers and judges on alter ego/veil piercing, corporate officer disregard, fraudulent conveyances, and prejudgment remedies. Alex has appeared on MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, CNN, Headline News, CNBC, Good Morning America, and other programs.

C. Thomas Brown practices at Ropes & Gray, where his practice focuses on transactional and corporate governance litigation, actions under the Federal securities laws, and related complex civil litigation. In transactional cases, Mr. Brown has represented officers and directors of both acquirers and targets, helping clients successfully move deals from negotiation to closing through effective management of deal-related litigation and post-closing disputes. He also has experience representing boards and directors in fiduciary duty claims, including derivative cases. In the securities area, Mr. Brown has experience defending cases of alleged securities fraud, in particular cases involving complex financial instruments such as mortgage-backed securities. He is a graduate of Harvard College, Harvard Law School, and earned a Masters in Philosophy at Oxford, where he studied as a Marshall Scholar. Mr. Brown also clerked for Massachusetts Supreme Court Justice Robert Cordy, worked as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, and served as an English teacher at a public high school near Boston.
