Benefits:

An aging workforce and changes to governmental programs have made representing clients seeking claims under social security and disability laws one of the most steady practice areas. Social security programs are a significant source of cash and health benefits for individuals with disabilities. However, the procedures and formalities of a large federal agency and obtaining benefits under state disability programs can be intimidating for an unrepresented claimant. From the underlying substantive law to practical aspects of social security and disability law, this seminar will cover benefits, appeals, grievances, social security settlements, and best practices. In addition, our nationally recognized faculty will discuss crafting a prima facie case of disability under the Social Security Act: what must be shown, ideal evidence to show it, and how both the lawyer and client can generate the best possible proof. Register today for this convenient, 24/7 on-demand seminar. Registration includes course and reference materials that serve as a helpful guide to the best practices and techniques discussed in this national seminar.
