Charles Bonfante is the Founding Partner at the Bonfante Law Firm. He has been represented accident victims for almost two decades. Before starting his own firm, Mr. Bonfante practiced in the legal department of GEICO insurance. Working for a major insurance company has given Mr. Bonfante a valuable insight that serves his accident victim clients.

Chenee Castruita practices at Mazanec, Raskin & Ryder Co., L.P.A., where she focuses on insurance defense litigation, with extensive experience in defending auto accident claims and construction defect claims. She also regularly guides clients through numerous employment matters and labor negotiations, and has represented schools & educational clients in complex matters. She has experience in representing plaintiffs in medical negligence matters, as well as experience representing injured workers in their workers’ compensation claims. In addition to her administrative experience representing clients at workers’ compensation hearings and appeals, Ms. Castruita has experience in both trial & appellate courts. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Kenneth B. Pennywell is a Partner at Franklin D. Azar & Associates, where he focuses on personal injury, civil litigation, and attorney ethics. Mr. Pennywell has extensive trial experience with over 150 jury, bench or administrative trials. He began his career as a law clerk for the Louisiana State Senate. He then served as an Assistant District Attorney for the 1st Judicial District in Louisiana and prosecuted all major felonies including murders, rapes, and armed robberies. Mr. Pennywell then worked with his state's Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation as a trial attorney.
