Benefits: Featuring several of the country’s most prominent partners on business development and sales for law firms, and one of the nation’s most successful litigators, this in-depth master class will explore what lawyers should be doing to dramatically increase their book of business. The faculty will cover annual business planning, how to differentiate yourself to be memorable, how to meet more and better targets, how to improve your conversion ratio, the fundamentals of follow up, and the art of sales through social networking. The faculty will use as their case study an actual law firm to illustrate the correct approach to increasing legal sales and related legal issues.
