Biography of Seminar Faculty:

1. Peter J. Wagner is a leading authority on real estate closings. He is the Founder of the Law Office of Peter J. Wagner, P.C., a financial solutions law firm focused on real estate, consumer law, and elder law. Mr. Wagner focuses his practice on representing consumers, as well as financial institutions in the mortgage and automotive finance industries, and on providing compliance, legal, and business advice, including drafting and implementing policies, procedures, best practices, and government affairs initiatives. He has participated as an associate member of the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators (AARMR), and the Mortgage Bankers’ Association of America and National Home Equity Mortgage Associations’ Legal Affairs committees.

2. Enza Brandi is the founding member of The Enza Brandi Law Firm, PLLC, with concentrations in the areas of real estate, commercial and general litigation and personal injury. Ms. Brandi is a sought-after lecturer in the area of real estate and has been frequently quoted in the Real Estate section of Newsday.com. Her real estate practice includes representation of purchasers and sellers, as well as acting as the closing agent for various lenders. Her litigation practice includes an extensive personal injury, surrogates court and commercial litigation. To compliment the adversarial nature of the litigation practice, Ms. Brandi has closed hundreds of real estate deals.

3. Richard J. Fox is a leading real estate lawyer and licensed title insurance agent. Given his extensive experience, Mr. Fox is an in-demand speaker on construction law, real estate law, landlord-tenant law, and title insurance. He has received a number of awards and honors for excellence in practice, including being selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer. Mr. Fox is a graduate of Rutgers University and George Washington University Law School.
