1. Peter J. Wagner is a leading authority on real estate closings. He is the Founder of the Law Office of Peter J. 2. Enza Brandi is the founding member of The Enza Brandi Law Firm, PLLC, with concentrations in the areas of real estate, commercial and general litigation and personal injury. Ms. Brandi is a sought-after lecturer in the area of real estate and has been frequently quoted in the Real Estate section of Newsday.com. Her real estate practice includes representation of purchasers and sellers, as well as acting as the closing agent for various lenders.
