Biography of Seminar Faculty:

1. Len Garza is the founder of GARZA, a law firm focused on protecting the personal and business assets of business owners and other individuals and families. Len has been interviewed in numerous media outlets including Forbes, Entrepreneur, Law Insider, CBS News Radio, Inc. Magazine, and many more. Len has also been recognized by his attorney peers in Thomson Reuters as a Super Lawyer and Martindale-Hubbell at the highest rating of AV-Preeminent, demonstrating outstanding lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. He is a frequently requested lecturer on a variety of topics including family business and wealth planning, wealth preservation, and asset protection of inheritances. Len enjoys educating his community and guiding business owners and their families in the path to building and protecting generational wealth.

2. Stephen Wiener is a Partner at Wiener and Wiener LLP, where he concentrates on business, corporate and LCC tax law and estate planning and administration matters, as well as transactional real estate. His business clients include many closely held and multi-generational businesses. Mr. Wiener advises on federal and state taxation and general business issues as well as having experience in bank and loan negotiation and documentation. Estate planning and administration is provided for a range of clients from sophisticated estate plans for the high net-worth individuals to "simple wills.” Mr. Wiener has been recognized as an Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils. He frequently handles representation of businesses and individuals before the IRS and state tax boards.
