Rebecca A. Hobbs is a Partner at O’Donnell, Weiss and Mattei, P.C., where she focuses on elder law, special needs planning, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and Veteran’s benefits. Ms. Hobbs is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. She is accredited as a United States Veterans Administration Attorney. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the National Director of ElderLawAnswers.com. As an elder law attorney, she is able to provide exceptional legal guidance while also understanding the sensitivity and compassion needed for assisting families in a time of crisis.

Michael J. Keenan is the owner of Keenan Law, LLC, and he has been practicing law since 1997. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Elder Law Section of his state bar. Mr. Keenan is a former Executive Managing Editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal. He has written articles for legal journals and periodicals on his areas of practice. He regularly educates fellow professionals from across the country on his practice areas via nationally broadcast webinars and live seminars. Mr. Keenan currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Philanthropy Committee for Journey Found, a non-profit organization which provides advocacy, housing and community-based support for adults across Connecticut with intellectual disabilities.
