Mary A. McNulty is a Partner at Thompson & Knight, where she specializes in corporate tax matters. She represents corporate and partnership taxpayers in IRS audits, appeals, and tax litigation and provides tax planning for partnerships, limited liability companies, and S corporations. She specializes in Federal tax procedural issues, including statutes of limitations, interest, penalties, privilege, and TEFRA partnerships, and in partnership tax issues relating to private equity, oil and gas, wind energy, real estate, and exempt organizations. Ms. McNulty has been described as the "go-to attorney for boutique, complicated issues," according to clients quoted by Chambers USA. She has also been consistently recognized by The Best Lawyers in America, SuperLawyers, and holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating.

Peter A. Mahler is a Partner at Farrell Fritz, P.C. and a leading authority on the judicial dissolution and valuation of partnerships, close corporations and limited liability companies. He concentrates in “business divorce” matters involving conflicts among co-owners of closely held business entities. He has written over 200 articles on corporate valuations, dissolution, and related topics. He is a graduate of NYU School of Law and previously served as a federal law clerk, prior to practicing in complex business law. Edward Gartenberg is a Founding Partner of Gartenberg Gelfand Wasson & Selden LLP, where he focuses his practices on business litigation, securities, and arbitration. He formerly served as a Staff Attorney and Special Counsel for the Division of Enforcement of the United States Securities & Exchange Commission, and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the United States Attorney's Office. Mr. Gartnerberg serves as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers. He is the Cahir of the Partnerships and LLC Committee of the Business Law Section of his state bar. He has spoken & written widely on partnerships, limited liability companies, and securities law. Mr. Gartnerberg earned his J.D. at Columbia Law School.
