Biography of Seminar Faculty:

1. Karl D. Warden is the Founding Member of the Karl D. Warden, JD, LLM Law Firm, where he focuses on elder law, estate planning, business law, business litigation and civil law. He has over three decades of experience and has lectured nationally on estate planning and elder law. Mr. Warden is an experienced and accomplished lawyer who’s been recognized many times for his estate planning work, specifically with wills & trusts. He holds an LL.M. degree from George Washington University Law School. Mr. Warden has been recognized for excellence lecturing at continuing legal education programming.

2. Lawrence A. Freidman is a certified elder law attorney and recognized expert on trust and estate administration. Trained at the distinguished NYU Law School’s Tax program, Mr. Elder focuses his practice on estate and tax planning & administration, long term care planning, elder law, nursing home planning, guardianships, special needs planning, as well as on obtaining government benefits like Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, and housing. He has been certified as an elder law attorney by the ABA and approved by the National Elder Law Foundation. Mr. Friedman has been selected as a SuperLawyer and received the highest peer view rating of AV-preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. He also chaired his bar's Elder & Disability Law Section. Mr. Friedman has spoken and written extensively on trust administration and elder law. He holds an LL.M. in Tax and a J.D., both from NYU Law School.
