Biography of Seminar Faculty:

James R. Mozingo is the Managing Partner of Mozingo | Quarles, PLLC, where he focuses his practice on business and commercial transactions and in the areas of business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and debtor/creditor relations. Mr. Mozingo has practiced for over 40 years and is an AV, peer-rated, lawyer in the Martindale-Hubbell listings. He has been named as one of his state’s 50 leading attorneys and served on the Board of Bar Admissions, examining in the fields of business organizations and bankruptcy. Mr. Mozingo has also served on numerous committees with the National Conference of Bar Examiners. He has handled a wide variety of transactions throughout the United States, as well as in Canada, Italy and Spain and with companies in the Far East. He has appeared in state and Federal courts throughout the nation. Mr. Mozingo has spoken widely on veil piercing and protection.
