Dennis R. Suplee is a Partner & Former Chairman of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP, where he handles has handled a wide range of civil litigation. He is also an AAA-trained mediator who regularly handles mediations and arbitrations. He has represented many of the largest publicly traded companies in the nation. Some representative matters include a 16-day arbitration in a patent-related dispute, after which his client was awards $72.5 million; successfully obtaining summary judgment in favor of his client UPS on federal and state antitrust claims; successfully obtaining summary judgment for Air France in nationwide class action involving a trade conspiracy, among many others. Mr. Suplee is a Regent for the American College of Trial Lawyers, former President of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, former board member of The Foundation of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers, The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers. He has spoken and written widely on trial practice, expert witnesses, preparing deponents to testify, and trial themes. Mr. Suplee is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Christina Berish is a Partner at Thompson Coburn LLP, where she serves as a legal advisor and trial counsel to a diverse portfolio of clients. She is experienced in handling all stages of litigation – both in and out of the courtroom – and has appeared in state and federal courts across the country in trials and appeals. Some of her notable areas of representation have involved contract enforcement, shareholder disputes, fraud, business torts, warranty matters, property litigation, appeals, and arbitration. She has been recognized by her peers, in “SuperLawyers” each year since 2009. Ms. Berish has represented clients in many sectors including manufacturing & steel, financial, telecommunications, consulting, construction & building materials, accounting, and education, in addition to non-profit organizations. She is a graduate of the University Michigan Law School.

Rishi Bhandari is a nationally respected trial lawyer, based in New York City. He is a Founding Partner of Mandel Bhandari LLP, where he concentrates on complex business litigation. In 2009 alone, Mr. Bhandari was co-lead counsel in two jury trials, which both resulted in unqualified verdicts in favor of Bhandari’s clients. In addition, he has negotiated the settlement of claims worth more than $20,000,000. Mr. Bhandari started his legal career at the business litigation powerhouse Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, where he represented Fortune 500 companies, formulated the litigation strategy on behalf of one of the world's largest dairy producers, and worked closely with a major Hollywood talent agency embroiled in a legal malpractice and bad faith insurance action. He represented billion dollar hedge funds, sizable private equity funds, and many different types of operating companies ranging from the publisher of business-to-business magazines to one of the nation's largest temporary staffing agencies to a leading manufacturer of video game accessories. Mr. Bhandari is a graduate of NYU Law School.
