Edward Gartenberg is a Partner at Gartenberg Gelfand Hayton LLP, where he has extensive experience in corporate and securities litigation, including federal and state fraud claims, trade secrets, unfair competition and insider trading litigation as well as arbitration claims and SEC, CFTC, state regulatory and FINRA investigations. He is experienced in a wide variety of complex business litigation including fiduciary, corporate governance, partnership and unfair competition litigation. Mr. Gartenberg was a former Special Counsel, Division of Enforcement, United States Securities and Exchange Commission. He was also a former Special Assistant of the United States' Attorney Office. Mr. Gartenberg has published widely on operating agreements, partnerships, and fiduciary duties. He is a graduate of Columbia Law School and Columbia College.

Noel D. Humphreys practices at Connell Foley, where he focuses on business transactions, lending transactions, organizational governance and intellectual property. Mr. Humphreys has participated in hundreds of business combinations---mergers, assets acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, sourcing relationships, and stock purchases---as well as settlement of disputes within family-owned businesses. Operating agreements for limited liability companies and partnership agreements have been a recent focus, as members or partners arrive and depart. Contributing to the economy’s globalization, he has advised on structuring US-based subsidiaries and joint ventures with European, Chinese and South American parents and partners. Mr. Humphreys has represented numerous employers and employees in employment contracts and consulting and services arrangements. He has represented lender and borrowers of all sizes in loan transactions. He has recently represented a leading US Bank in lending transactions with middle market companies. Mr. Humphreys has played a leading role in more than seventy-five transactions in rights in intangible property. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
