Peter J. Wagner is a leading authority on real estate closings. He is the Founder of the Law Office of Peter J. Wagner, P.C., a financial solutions law firm focused on real estate, consumer law, and elder law. Mr. Wagner focuses his practice on representing consumers, as well as financial institutions in the mortgage and automotive finance industries, and on providing compliance, legal, and business advice, including drafting and implementing policies, procedures, best practices, and government affairs initiatives.
