Biography of Seminar Faculty:

1. Linda Ziskin is one of the foremost appellate attorneys focusing on Social Security Disability. Ms. Ziskin has served as a staff attorney for Legal Aid Services, as an elected representative of one of the largest state bar associations, and as a Chair of her state bar's Disability Law sections. She is a highly sought-after lecturer on issues involving Social Security Disability law, benefits, & appeals.

2. Aaron Frederickson is a leading authority on workers’ compensation, personal injury and Medicare/Medicaid compliance. He is also a health insurance professional and brings a passion to educating his peers. In addition to working on highly regulated matters, Mr. Frederickson has litigated countless cases and founded a compliance consulting firm where he helped numerous individuals from diverse backgrounds across the United States. He is committed to assisting low-income persons via pro bono legal representation. He has served as an insurance Regulatory Manager, as a Director for Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance, and as a Medicare benefits practitioner. Mr. Frederickson has written on "Medicare’s Stakes in Your Liability Settlement," "Medical Subrogation," and on Medicare benefits.

3. Kyla Kelim is a national authority on elder law and focuses her practice on legal issues affecting seniors, their families, caretakers, and professionals who aid seniors. Ms. Kelim provides consultation and advocacy for older Americans, their families, caregivers and professionals. She protects her clients through proactive planning and assisting those in need due to catastrophic illness or injury as they obtain Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, and other disability benefits.
