K. Mallory Brennan is a Partner at Shearman & Sterling, where she focuses on representing global financial institutions and corporations in mergers and acquisitions, litigation and transactional disputes, securities litigation, and other complex commercial disputes, including bankruptcy and antitrust actions. Ms. Brennan also has experience counseling multinational corporations in connection with both internal and regulatory investigations. Most recently, she was listed for excellence in practice in the Euromoney Legal Media Group, named to the Benchmark Litigation Hot List. In each of the last four years, Ms. Brennan was recognized by The Legal 500 as a “Next Generation Lawyer” for M&A Litigation Defense.

Erik C. Johnson is a business trial lawyer at McNeely Law LLP, where he provides strategic advice as well as litigation support to companies of all sizes. He was previously the Assistant General Counsel of a Fortune 500 company, and his business experience includes multi-million dollar mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and reorganization, and negotiation of business agreements. Mr. Johnson has tried matters in federal and state courts across the country, focusing on matters involving securities fraud, contracts, fiduciary duties, fraudulent conveyances, real estate, and employment issues. A graduate of The University of Chicago Law, Mr. Johnson also maintains a transactional practice, serving as outside general counsel to a variety of small- to medium-sized businesses. His experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements provides a broader scope and perspective, which guides and influences his approach to business litigation.
