Benefits: The daily news reports about Covid-19 Vaccines have created tremendous demand for attorneys to provide legal advice to companies, employers, schools, individuals, governments, and clients on the latest safety and health requirements. Learn from the national authorities on the panel about whether clients can issue a mandate to require employees, students, and even customers to become vaccinated. Learn about the legal options for those who decide against receiving the vaccine, as many surveys have shown that the public has safety concerns about a Covid vaccine. This raises a host of civil liberties and religious freedom concerns, balanced against public safety and the legal authority of a vaccine mandate. The faculty for this seminar will also share the latest legal issues involving vaccine sales and distribution, employer liability, cross-border protections, shutdowns, mask mandates, vaccine priority, distribution, immunity & liability for vaccine manufactures, distributors and administrators. Registration includes online access to course and reference materials that serve as a helpful guide to the numerous topics and techniques discussed in the program.
