Biography of Seminar Faculty:

1. Stan M. Doerrer is a leading trial lawyer representing clients in matters involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, and civil rights violations. He is the founding member of the Law Office of Stan M. Doerrer PLLC. Mr. Doerrer has represented numerous Uber crash victims and helped them obtain full compensation for their injuries. Mr. Doerrer has assisted clients in pursuing serious personal injury and wrongful death claims against both public and private entities, as well as individuals, and helped to recover millions of dollars for his clients. Mr. Doerrer has served as co-lead counsel representing a class of online poker players in a suit alleging misappropriation of funds by Full Tilt Poker; and lead attorney in an ERISA class action suit brought against an employer sponsored health plan which resulted in a virtually complete recovery for class members. He is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School.

2. Chenee Castruita practices at Mazanec, Raskin & Ryder Co., L.P.A., where she focuses on insurance defense litigation, with extensive experience in defending auto accident claims and construction defect claims. She also regularly guides clients through numerous employment matters and labor negotiations, and has represented schools & educational clients in complex matters. She has experience in representing plaintiffs in medical negligence matters, as well as experience representing injured workers in their workers’ compensation claims. In addition to her administrative experience representing clients at workers’ compensation hearings and appeals, Ms. Castruita has experience in both trial & appellate courts. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

3. Michelle M. Cresti is a Partner at Macce & Cesti, P.C., where she focuses her practice on Automobile Accidents, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Matrimonial, Guardianship, Elder Law, Workers Compensation, Real Estate, Landlord Tenant, Probate, Municipal Court and Criminal Defense and Contract and Insurance disputes. She began her career as a Judicial Law Clerk two trial judges. Ms. Cresti is trained in Collaborative Law and has extensive experience and training in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Ms. Cresti is a sought-after lecturer on arbitration and litigation. She is the Past President of her County's Bar Association and served as Co-chair of her State Bar Association's Special Committee on Automobile and PIP Litigation.
