Biography of Seminar Faculty:

1. Michael Haeberle is a Partner at the Patterson Law Firm, where he assists businesses and individuals in cases pending in court, arbitration and administrative agencies. Mr. Haeberle has tried cases before judges, juries, arbitrators, and administrative law judges, with a focus on business lawsuits, contract litigation, shareholder disputes (business divorces), and professional negligence cases. He advises businesses on governance and employment matters, and provides guidance to businesses and individuals on restrictive covenants. Mr. Haeberle graduated from The University of Chicago Law School with honors. While in school, he participated in the Hinton Moot Court program. Prior to joining the Patterson Law Firm, Mr. Haeberle practiced at a leading law firm, where he litigated a variety of cases, including breach of contract and consumer fraud cases, on behalf of businesses and individuals at the trial and appellate level.

2. James R. Mozingo is the Managing Partner of Mozingo | Quarles, PLLC, where he focuses his practice on business and commercial transactions and in the areas of business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and debtor/creditor relations. Mr. Mozingo has practiced for over 40 years and is an AV, peer-rated, lawyer in the Martindale-Hubbell listings. He has been named as on of his state’s 50 leading attorneys and served on the Board of Bar Admissions, examining in the fields of business organizations and bankruptcy. Mr. Mozingo has also served on numerous committees with the National Conference of Bar Examiners. He has handled a wide variety of transactions throughout the United States, as well as in Canada, Italy and Spain and with companies in the Far East. He has ap¬peared in state and Federal courts throughout the nation. Mr. Mozingo has spoken widely on veil piercing and protection.

3. Brandon M. Schwartz is a corporate trial attorney with Schwartz Law Firm. He is certified by his state bar as a civil trial specialist. Mr. Schwartz focuses his practice primarily on business law and business litigation involving such matters as shareholder disputes, derivative actions, contract creation and litigation, company formation, and discrimination. He is a frequent speaker and author on business and commercial litigation in publications and seminars nationally. Mr. Schwartz has been listed in Super Lawyers multiple times, rated as AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, is a life-member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, received a Lifetime Achievement Award from America’s Top 100 Attorneys, and is a Lifetime Member of Best Attorneys of America.
