Robert E. Ward is a nationally recognized authority on tax, business and estate planning. Mr. Ward has taught law as an adjunct professor at the George Mason University School of Law, where he conducted classes in Estate and Gift Taxation, Estate Planning, and Business Planning for nearly two decades. He has also taught as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Baltimore School of Law: Fiduciary Income Taxation and at Golden Gate University’s Masters in Taxation Program: Taxation of Corporations and Shareholders. He currently teaches Topics in Taxation: United States Taxation at the University of British Columbia’s Peter A. Allard School of Law. He holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the Boston University of Law School.

Stephen Wiener is a Partner at Wiener and Wiener LLP, where he concentrates on business, corporate and LCC tax law and estate planning and administration matters, as well as transactional real estate. His business clients include many closely held and multi-generational businesses. Mr. Wiener advises on federal and state taxation and general business issues as well as having experience in bank and loan negotiation and documentation.
