Biography of Seminar Faculty: 1.
Nicole Mueller practices at K&L Gates, where she focuses on litigation under the federal and state securities laws and litigation arising out of mergers and acquisitions, other transactions and corporate governance matters. Her experience includes representing investment advisers, corporate officers and directors, and independent trustees in derivative lawsuits, investigations, and actions brought pursuant to Section 36(b) of the Investment Company Act of 1940. Ms. Mueller also practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation and arbitration, regulatory disputes, and employment law. She is a graduate of the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.

Philip J. Mohr is a trial lawyer and Partner at Womble Bond Dickinson LLP. Mr. Mohr has over two decades of trial experience representing publicly-traded corporations, privately-held companies, and middle-market international businesses in federal courts and arbitration proceedings throughout the country. Representing companies that have both been wronged and accused of wrongdoing, Mr. Mohr has honed his trial skills in cases involving complex business litigation (including fraudulent transfer and equitable subordination cases in bankruptcy court), commercial torts (e.g., unfair trade practices, fraud, trade secrets theft, etc.), cybersecurity/data breach matters, and shareholder derivative suits. Phil also authors a popular business court blog. Mr. Mohr is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School.

Nicholas A. Rozansky is a Partner at Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP, where he is a member of its Business Litigation and Trademark & Brand Protection practice groups. Mr. Rozansky advises and represents clients in several industries, including fashion and apparel, jewelry, banking and finance, and consumer products. His clients seek his advice regarding the gamut of issues faced by their businesses, including pre-litigation and litigation matters, risk avoidance, collaboration deals, IP protection, and business strategies. Mr. Rozansky serves as outside general counsel to many mid-market companies, and his passion is obtaining the best possible outcome for them in litigation.
