Interactive Question and Answer Session Biography of Seminar Faculty: 1.
Mark T. Doll is a Partner at Aviation Law Firm and Of Counsel at Law Offices Robert M. Strumor, LLC, where he focuses on aviation law. Mr. Doll is a pilot with Delta Air Lines and a former military pilot with over 30 years of aviation experience. Mr. Doll was inspired to start a legal career while working in the Pentagon for the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, where he served as the primary advisor for matters affecting the reserve components of the Air Force. His combined legal and flying career gives him a unique and advantageous approach for each client. Mr. Doll is an Airline Transport Pilot with type ratings in A330, A320, B757, B767, BE-1900, SA-227, L-382; Flight Engineer, Turbojet Powered, and a United States Air Force Command Pilot. Mr. Doll flies the following aircraft for Delta Air Lines: Airbus 320, Airbus 330, Boeing 757, and Boeing 767.

Robert L. Ellis is a Partner at Hennis Rothstein & Ellis LLP. Mr. Ellis practices in the areas of Internet and technology law (including legal issues related to generative artificial intelligence), intellectual property law, business and corporate governance law, estate planning and asset protection, domestic and international privacy law, and legal issues regarding virtual currency transactions (Bitcoin and other crypto). He is a frequent speaker on topics related to the Internet, drones, digital technology law, international private law, and legal ethics. He is the author of the recent edition of Stuckey & Ellis, Internet and Online Law (Law Journal Press), and the author of numerous articles and op-ed pieces regarding legal topics. His recent articles cover European Privacy Law (The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): How U.S.-based companies can comply), The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA – article provided on request), Drone Law (Drones and the Law: What You Need to Know), Digital Estate Planning (Estate Planning in the Age of Digital Possessions), Bitcoin (What’s the Deal with Bitcoin?), and Online Privacy (The New Privacy: Internet Laws for a Hyper-Public World).
