Biography of Seminar Faculty:

1. Matthew Maddox is the Founding Partner of The Maddox Law Firm, LLC, where he concentrates his practice on helping executives, attorneys, doctors, and other individuals with their long-term disability claims. After working for two top ten, national law firms focusing on securities, bankruptcy, commercial, and antitrust litigation, Mr. Maddox decided to go back to what originally interested him in the law – protecting people against large corporations. Since becoming a long-term disability and ERISA attorney, he has helped hundreds of people file claims, keep their claims open, or sue their insurance companies. Mr. Maddox graduated with honors from Georgetown University and The University of Michigan Law School.

2. Michael P. Marsalese is the Managing Partner of The Marsalese Law Group, PLLC, where he focuses on estate planning. Mr. Marsalese uses his experience as a former licensed securities stocker broker to utilize th cutting-edge techniques to assist clients. Mr. Marsalese is a charter member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, an interactive alliance of law firms nationwide, dedicated to creating effective estate plans. His area of technical expertise is the integration of financial planning and estate planning. He was a contributing author and legal editor of the treatise, "The Art of M & A: (Dow Jones Irwin ISBN 1-55623).

3. Erin M. Strohbehn is a Partner at Gimbel, Reilly, Guerin & Brown LLP, where she focuses on probate, trust, insurance, employment, business, and other civil disputes. She also provides employment and regulatory guidance to her business clients. She has spoken widely on probate topics. Ms. Strohbehn has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, as well as in SuperLawyers.
