Biography of Seminar Faculty: 1.
Anthony Zeoli is a Partner at Freeborn & Peters LLP and is an experienced transactional and securities attorney as well as an industry-recognized crowdfunding and JOBS Act expert. Specializing in the areas of securities, commercial finance, real estate and general corporate law, his clients range from entrepreneurs and small, privately held, businesses to multi-million dollar entities. Mr. Zeoli has particular expertise in the negotiation and documentation of real estate transactions including the acquisition, sale, construction, development, leasing and financing of real estate and has represented parties on both sides of such transactions. Mr. Zeoli is also an industry leader in the area of crowdfunding, in particular with respect to real estate crowdfunding. Most recently he drafted a state House Bill, which provides for an intrastate crowdfunding exemption and which was unanimously approved by the state’s house and Senate. Mr. Zeoli holds a masters degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany, a law degree with a concentration in corporate law from Northwestern University School of Law, and an M.B.A. degree with a double major in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Anthony is also currently actively involved with the entrepreneurship program at the university level as both a mentor and a student advisor.

Alex More is a Partner at Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, L.L.P., where he leads the firm’s Virtual Token & Blockchain practice. Mr. More counsels clients concerning compliance with securities, financial, and other regulations governing virtual tokens and blockchain applications. He also acts as offsite general counsel for entrepreneurs and businesses, and represents businesses and their owners in litigation, including disputes over fiduciary duty and corporate governance issues.

Evan Kirkham
practices at Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, LLP, where he focuses on disputes involving virtual currency & blockchain technology, broker dealers, business ownership, corporate governance, D & O litigation, derivative & shareholder litigation, fiduciary duty litigation, & white collar law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kirkham clerked for Judge Jane Boyle of the Northern District of Texas and Judge Jeffrey Cureton, also of the Northern District of Texas. He earned his JD at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Mr. Kirkham has written widely on blockchain and crypotcurrency law.
