Salvatore LaMendola is a Partner at Giarmarco, Mullins and Horton, P.C., where he focuses on estate planning, post-death trust administration, planning for retirement plan benefits, and modifying irrevocable trusts via trust "decanting" and other techniques. He is a member of the LL.M. adjunct law faculty at Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Mr. LaMendola has been published in CCH Financial and Estate Planning; the M.
