Jeffery P. Drummond is a Partner at Jackson Walker, where his practice focuses on representing hospitals, health care providers, physicians, research organizations, laboratories, and managed care entities, such as HMOs, PPOs, IPAs, and PHOs. He regularly advises clients regarding compliance with health care, pharmaceutical, and tax exemption laws and regulations. He is a highly sought-after speaker on health information technology issues, and is a nationally recognized expert on medical record privacy and security issues, specifically including HIPAA, the HITECH Act, and the health information technology provisions of the Affordable Care Act. Mr. Drummond advises health care entities on the formation and operation of health information exchanges, compliance with the “meaningful use” requirements, and related health information technology matters.

Matthew Keris is a leading expert on legal issues related to healthcare and electronic medical records. A Partner at Marshall Dennehey, Mr. Keris has handled hundreds of medical malpractice matters, both as an attorney and an adjuster. He has represented a number of physicians, medical groups and health care institutions in health care liability matters and provided advice and guidance in quality assurance, personnel, privacy and health care records issues. He has lectured extensively to both physicians and attorneys on issues pertaining to medical malpractice and is recognized for his expertise involving electronic medical records.

Thomas Prislipsky practices at Reminger Co., L.P.A., where he represents some of the country’s largest nursing home corporations. Mr. Prislipsky puts his experience as a former nursing home administrator to use by serving as the Co-Chair of the firm's Long Term & Extended Care practice group. In addition to his nursing home practice, he has successfully tried cases involving several medical disciplines including cardiology, infectious diseases, neurosurgery, dialysis and orthopedic surgery.
