Jay Itkowitz is a national expert on landlord and tenant law. A partner at Itkowitz PLLC, Mr. Itkowitz focuses his practice on real estate litigation and transactions. He has been instrumental in major real estate development and has been at the forefront of many of New York City's most famed residential and commercial real estate projects. He has lectured extensively on leases, remedies in real estate contracts, and landlord/tenant law. He began his career as a law clerk to a federal judge and as a Kings County Supreme Court Judge.

Howard Beck is a shareholder with Beck, Payne, Frank & Piper, P.C., where he focuses on commercial real estate, homeowner associations and civil and commercial litigation. In addition to providing general representation to a number of homeowner associations, he has been asked to act as an expert witness for complex homeowner association litigation matters. Mr. Beck is a highly sought-after author and lecturer on homeowner associations and common interest communities.

Mindy H. Stern is a Partner at Schoeman Updike & Kaufman, where her practice focuses on real estate law. She has extensive experience in leasing, acquisition, lending, as well as providing personal services to individuals in real estate law.
