Representing clients in obtaining Medicare and disability benefits provides consistent workflow and has recently become one of the most in-demand practices. The costs of elder healthcare, long-term care, and disability planning have dramatically increased in recent years. Yet, only a small minority of clients posses adequate insurance and funding for such costs. This has caused an unprecedented need for counsel fluent in asset protection techniques to assist clients seeking government benefits. Attorneys who counsel seniors & their families must be fluent in asset protection. Our nationally recognized faculty will also cover the latest developments on Medicare access, the effect of future medical expenses on government benefits, and the landscape of Medicare, disability expense planning, and techniques invaluable in qualifying for benefits. Registration includes access to course and reference materials that serve as a helpful guide to the numerous topics and techniques discussed in the seminar.
