John Mayer is one of the country’s leading debt collection and enforcement attorneys. Mr. Mayer is a Shareholder at Ross Banks, where he concentrates his practice on collection law. Mr. Mayer has published and spoken widely on demand and notice letters, creditors’ rights, the effect of bankruptcy on the collection process, fraudulent transfers, settlement strategies for collections attorneys, and post judgment remedies. He is a certified Civil Trial Lawyer by his state's Board of Legal Specialization, has nearly four decades of experience in litigation, and holds a law degree from the University of Texas.

Jeffrey Ward has practiced in the field of collection litigation for nearly two decades. Mr. Ward litigates collection matters in complex matters and has tried numerous collection matters to verdict. He represents businesses, insurance companies, banks, student loan companies, and debt buyers in their collection matters. Mr. Ward has also served as an adjunct faculty member, lecturing on litigation and collection law.

Richard Perr is Chair of Consumer Financial Services Practice for the national law firm Kaufman, Dolowich, & Voluck, LLP and is serves as Co-Managing Partner of their Philadelphia Office. Mr. Perr is a nationally recognized authority and lecturer on creditor’s rights, as he representing creditors, law firms and agencies against individual and class action allegations invoking federal and state consumer protection laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act. Mr. Perr focuses his law practice in complex commercial litigation and professional liability defense. He has extensive experience representing Directors and Officers for claims arising from their corporate activity. Mr. Perr also advises entities and individuals on matters related to compliance in the credit and collection industry, including review, implementation and auditing of policies and procedures, especially in adherence with governmental regulatory bodies such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
