Biography of Seminar Faculty:

1. David Markowitz is one of the most sought after trial lawyers in the country. Mr. Markowitz is a graduate of the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.

2. Damian D. Capozzola is the founding Partner of The Law Offices of Damian D. Capozzola, where he represents among the most prominent and largest insurers and health plans. In addition, Mr. Capozzola has also handled significant litigation matters across a broad spectrum of industries, representing some of the world's largest defense contractors, food manufacturers and wholesalers, and telecommunications companies.
