The SP300 was developed for machine vision control applications requiring activation of high power LED devices via PLC, PC, or Framegrabber. The LED_OUT terminal sinks 5A @ 24V. The SP-300 works on the concept of programmable brightness via electronic delay. On the positive edge of the trigger pulse, the device turns on for the time interval preset by the delay adjust. This device offers a retrigger rate of 1khz making it ideal for high-speed applications. Delay settings are facilitated by the Delay Adjust Potentiometer on the front of the device. A Status LED on the front of the device illuminates by activation of the trigger input and indicates that the output of the driver is functioning properly.
