While hockey is a lot more than just skating, the game follows the feet and if you can’t skate well – you can’t play the game at an elite level. We don’t know where the game will be in 10 years, but it’s not getting any slower. In this weekend skating camp, we are going to cover some of the key details to becoming a fast, smooth, and efficient skater.

• Acceleration and Speed
• Forward Inside/Outside Edge Control
• Backwards Inside/Outside Edge Control
• Stops/Starts
• Tight/Punch Turns
• Linear Crossovers
• Crossover Starts/First 3 Steps
• Transitions
• Mohawks
• Strides
