Have you ever wondered how professional hockey players get so much power on their shots? Or how they manage to keep the puck on their stick even when they are surrounded by multiple players on the other team? These are skills you can learn too! In this 6-week skills camp, we will cover all the proper mechanics and technique to improve your puck control, along with your shot power, quickness, and accuracy.
Stickhandling topics covered include:
- Stationary Stickhandling Drills
- Skating w/ puck (forward, backwards, lateral)
- Single Dekes
- Cutbacks
- Puck Protection
- Deception
Shooting Topics covered include:
- Stationary Snap Shots
- Shooting in Stride
- Catch and Release Shooting
- Read and React Shooting
- Backhand Shooting
- One-timers
- Tipping/Deflections
Coaching Staff:
Our hockey instructors have years of experience playing hockey at a high level, including NCAA division I and III college hockey, and every level of juniors. In our on-ice skills sessions, our coaches implement drills that have been proven to develop players and provide individual feedback to ensure the player’s progress. See coaches bios

Dates: Saturdays - 6/17, 6/24, 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 7/29 (subject to change)
Time: 1:00-2:00pm
Spots are limited, so please register early.
All sales are final. In the event any practice is postponed or the ice facilities are temporarily shut down due to COVID-19 by state or local mandate/health directives, the practices will be paused and will resume when such restrictions are lifted. Any missed practices shall be added to the series so that all skaters will get the full number of practices originally anticipated.
