Seven Spice: This Lebanese blend contains black pepper, paprika, cumin, coriander, cloves, nutmeg & allspice.
Southwestern Blend: This piece blend is made with bell pepper, onion, cumin seed, red pepper, garlic, paprika, and citric acid. It tastes good on steaks, chicken, and burgers, and it adds flavor
to salad dressing, dips, and veggies.
Spaghetti Seasoning: This cut/sifted blend is made with onion, basil, garlic, oregano, black pepper, parsley, lemon peel, and bay. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 (16 oz.) can of tomato paste, 1
cup of water, 1/4 cup spaghetti seasoning, and 1 (15 oz.) can of whole tomatoes. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Canadian Steak Seasoning: Garlic, black and white pepper, onion, basil, dill seed, mustard seed, red pepper, and citric acid are what give this cut/sifted blend its flavor.
