Future Sonics Online Store calculates our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the weight and quantity of items you order. Your shipping charges are summarized at checkout and your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites. 

Shipping Times & Product Availability
If you place an order Monday through Friday, before 3pm Eastern Standard Time, and ALL your ordered items are "in stock", your order should go out the same day. If you order an item after 3pm Eastern Standard Time, your in-stock order should go out the next Business Day. For example, if you place an online order over the weekend for "in-stock" items, it will be processed and shipped on Monday.

In the event of a back-order we will notify you via email within 1-3 business days. Our website cart updates stock quantities every 24-48 hrs so there exists a remote chance something you ordered appeared 'in-stock' on the website but may become temporarily "back-ordered" before we had a chance to process your online order request and correctly adjust available quantities.

Signatures are 100% required on ALL Future Sonics packages, due to the highly increased number of reported package thefts of UPS shipments from customers' doorsteps. Moreover, an adult over-18 signature is required to legally sign for the UPS package. We very highly recommend sending your item to a place of business so that someone is always available to sign. You may voluntarily elect to waive the signature requirement. HOWEVER, by doing so you automatically assume sole legal responsibility for any & all lost or stolen packages, meaning Future Sonics can not be held liable for any non-‘signature required' UPS deliveries and/or package drop-offs. A Future Sonics / UPS signature release MUST be in writing; please add the statement "no signature required" into the 'Notes/Comments' area of our online order cart (at the end of order placement process).  If you call-in your order to a Future Sonics salesperson, you MUST send an email to <Sales> indicating you are voluntarily waiving the signature requirement Remember, Future Sonics is absolutely NOT responsible for lost, stolen, mis-signed, or mis-shipped items! All lost, stolen, or mis-delivered Future Sonics packages shipped via 'no-signature' UPS delivery will not be refunded.

Future Sonics uses UPS & FedEx as our primary contracted shipping carriers. Their service is not necessarily the cheapest but it is extremely fast & highly reliable worldwide. Their online automated package tracking service is also second to none.

FedEx (Stated by FedEx)
FedEx Express Overnight, Overnight Priority, and Saturday Delivery shipping are available & typically run $35-$55 per package. Costs vary according to the delivery zone where you are located, the actual size/weight of your package, speed of delivery selected, and whether you choose business or residential delivery service (a business address is always best).

Standard Overnight: Delivery on the very next business-day, usually before 3pm local time.

Priority Overnight: Your package will arrive during the first half of the next business day. In some FedEx delivery areas this is by 11:00am while in other jurisdictions it is by 2:00pm. Please check with your friendly neighborhood FedEx Express office for their particular delivery policies.

Saturday Delivery (USA Only)

You can also elect non-business day Saturday FedEx delivery in a few areas, but Saturday shipping charges will typically start at about $45-$50 for those FedEx jurisdictions where Saturday delivery is even an option. Saturday deliveries cannot be processed until Friday. If you are interested in a Saturday delivery order, please call your neighborhood FedEx office directly (not us!) to make sure Saturday delivery is indeed available in your local area.

For inexpensive packages weighing under 1 pound AND totaling under $50, we also offer USPS Priority Mail Shipping within the continental USA [ONLY] for $6-$8 upon customer request. Please keep in mind there is no package tracking or tracing available with any Future Sonics USPS shipment.
Please be advised USPS International & Canada Mail package tracking is NOT AVAILABLE and international packages are NOT insurable when selecting USPS mailing. All lost, stolen, or mis-delivered Future Sonics packages shipped via USPS will not be refunded.  

Alaska & Hawaii Delivery
If you are ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, please note that the shipping methods we offer will generally take 2-3 days longer than in the continental U.S.
Military FPO's, APO, & PO Boxes
We also gladly ship to USA post office boxes or military APO/FPO's upon request using USPS Priority Mail delivery. Please call us at 800-828-8184 if you have any questions.

*Please be advised all package shipping costs via ANY carrier is a 100% Non-Refundable fee. Future Sonics will not be held responsible for missed, slow, or late package shipments due to circumstances beyond our control including unexpected carrier delivery delays, weather and/or mechanical-related delivery slow-downs, 'signature-required' package drop-off enforcement, delivery hang-tag notification, or other any other reason(s). Although FedEx, UPS and USPS are usually very reliable package delivery services, all Future Sonics shipping fees are completely NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. "Overnight" FedEx Express service included!

Finally, we do NOT use our shipping costs as a profit center! We strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective AND, more importantly, most reliable shipping service possible.
