This is a four-day culinary arts symposium that includes written and practical examination for Certified Culinary Professional Levels I, II, or III. There is a $199 lab fee. Culinary principles, skills, and methods are emphasized, including knife skills, terminology, principles of meat, and cookery. Without this demonstrated knowledge, cooks cannot advance in their careers or get to the point where they can demonstrate their cooking ability. We need a minimum number of 10 students to come to your venue.
