Must Complete “Standing Flexibility”, before testing for any other level of the Flexercise Training Method.
You will need to purchase a “Body Bar” or equivalent to master this training.
After completing two hundred hours of Flexercise “Power Bar ”, you will qualify to sit for a “Teach Back” of “Power Bar ”showing proficiency in “Power Bar ”to become a Certified Instructor. Included and e-mailed to you are: A Digital Download video of “Power Bar ”, Invitation to participate in weekly instructors’ class. A Flexercise Certification will be issued after successful showing of proficiency “Teach Back”.
