After completing three hundred hours of Flexercise “Sitting Flexibility,” you will qualify to sit for a “Teach Back” of “Sitting Flexibility “showing proficiency in “Sitting Flexibility” to become a Certified Instructor. Included and e-mailed to you are scriptures, A Digital Download of the Video “Sitting Flexibility.” Invitation to participate in weekly instructors’ class. A Flexercise Certification will be issued after successful showing of proficiency “Teach Back”.
