You will need to purchase a “Body Bar” or equivalent to master this training. Must Complete “Standing Flexibility”, before testing for any other level of the Flexercise Training Method.

After completing two hundred hours of Flexercise “Power Bar”, you will qualify to sit for a “Teach Back” of “Power Bar” showing proficiency in “Power Bar” to become a Certified Instructor. Included and e-mailed to you are scriptures, A Digital Download video of “Power Bar”, Invitation to participate in weekly instructors’ class. A Flexercise Certification will be issued after successful showing of proficiency “Teach Back”.
