After completing two hundred hours of Flexercise “Power and Strengthening”, you will qualify to sit for a “Teach Back” of “Power and Strengthening”, showing proficiency in “Power and Strengthening”, to become a Certified Instructor. Included and e-mailed to you are scripture, A Digital Download video of “Power and Strengthening”, Invitation to participate in weekly instructors’ class. A Flexercise Certification will be issued after successful showing of proficiency “Teach Back”.
