After completing three hundred hours of Flexercise “Core and Abs”, you will qualify to sit for a “Teach Back” of “Core and Abs” showing proficiency in “Core and Abs” to become a Certified Instructor. Included and e-mailed to you are Scriptures, A Digital Download video of “Core and Abs”, Invitation to participate in weekly instructors’ class. A Flexercise Certification will be issued after successful showing of proficiency “Teach Back”.
