Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Anything that has been used cannot be returned. Books, CD, DVDs of Consultations or any of these types of items that have been opened cannot be returned. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (your Order Number) and request you contact our office to arrange your refurn or return.  Send us an email to or call us at +612 9362 8089 to make these arrangements.


We request that you contact us first to discuss and arrange your return as we do not receive any item unless you have contacted us to make these arrangements...

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: for instance items where large coupon discounts have been given - in this instance there may be some adjustment due to the coupon no longer being applicable to the original items.

Once your return is received, inspected and processed by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company before contacting us.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank/credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


Usually only regular priced items may be refunded and sales items may not be refunded. Occasionally we are able to work around this, however, this is done on a case by case basis after contacting us and working through your order.


If you have put through an order but have later changed your mind and wish to cancel your order please note our following terms and conditions:

1.  If your order has already been posted you will need to return the entire order to us unopened and at your own cost.  All goods must be in the original condition and you agree to bear the cost of shipping.  The original shipping cost that went with the original order will not be refunded to you and we charge a 10% restocking fee due to our labour costs.

2. If the order has not been posted/sent we will charge you a 10% restocking fee (due to our labour costs) and then refund the rest of your monies.


We replace items if they are defective or damaged and we require a photo as proof of damage.  Please contact us ASAP if this is your circumstance as any order that goes past 30 days of your receipt may not be eligible. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or call us at +612 9362 8089 to make these arrangements.


If the item was given as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.  Unfortunately we are unable to return any monies to you as our refund policies deem that we must give the refund to the card/PayPal owner (and not a third party).  This means that the Gift Giver will find out about your return.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund due to a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are return shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item - espcially if it is lost in the mail.
