a flat rate $80 delivery charge will be added to all mulch orders **in our local delivery area**. You must select and add the $80 delivery charge item box. If box is not checked for the $80 delivery your order will not be delivered. If it is the rainy season MARCH-JUNE the topsoil may have some large clumps in it due to moisture in the air.
