The Espree Turn-out Blanket is a 600 denier rip-stop sheet with mesh lining covering the back to allow better airflow and a heavy duty 210 denier taffeta lining at the shoulder and hip area to prevent rubbing. Big D's new generation of turn-out blankets & sheets are waterproof and breathable. They have fitted shoulder gussets with smooth inside seams - no lumps or bumps to rub off shoulder hair. Front velcro closure with double logo buckles stop sagging so the blanket does not rub the horse at the shoulders. Fleece at the withers prevents rubbing. Double sewn heat sealed seams and rear darts sewn down over the hips. All stress points are double sewn. Self closing tail cover is reinforced and fitted. Removable rear elastic leg straps. Bias surcingles. Machine wash, drip dry.
