Early Prolific Straight-Neck Summer Squash

(Cucurbita pepo) Vintage winner! This beautiful, bright yellow squash was originally bred by Ferry-Morse Co. and won All-American Selection in 1938. It is tender and straight. It just tastes like summer, and it looks good shredded raw in salad, or steamed or sauteed, or used in squash casserole. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it! HOW TO GROW: Plant seeds half-inch deep after all danger of frost has passed. Keep moist until germination, in about 7 days. Harvest the immature squash when they are about 4-6 inches long. Annual. Approx. 15 seeds per pack. Free shipping on orders over $32.
